would this case be compatable with my dual opteron Tyan s2895 motherboard?

I don't care what the specs are.. I just want a quieter fan than the Nexus 120mm. Any recommendations? Will putting dampening foam around the case help a lot?

Also, the fans are not plugged directly into the motherboard but to the PS. Will plugging into the MB help?

I am looking for a Silent Case that is compatable with my Tyan S2895 MB. I am running a dual opteron system. It's a large MB, maybe 13inches by 11inches. Any good silent cases out there?
