I have a P3-933MHz Coppermine with a noisy ~8700RPM 40mm fan. It doesn't whine (thankfully) but does make a rather loud whooshing. Would rather not remove the heatsink.
Would you guys recommend the Pabst 412 or the Adda mentioned above or something else?
