s12-380 will probably be just as good. I have a s12-430 in an 3000B and that works fine - largest noise contributor is a Freeser64 running at 8 volts, followed by the tricool fan at low.

Well if you have the money to spend go ahead I've bought an Antech 3000B and I'm quite happy with that. It's cheap as chips and you could use the money saved to buy a better PSU/Graphics card/CPU cooler
