Go to Home Depot and get a Steel Exterior door. It will solve all your noise problems. A: It's dense B: It's water resistant (no cracks) We had a band practice spot and had a lot of problems with noise leaking upstairs. We replaced the basement door with an outdoor one... and it cut the noise in half.
