Thanks for the response! So it looks that PW-200-M/V are only physically/form factor different builds but "mentally" are the same... :?:  Maybe this is some chipset related incompatibilities? ( ABIT-nforce,ATI? DFI-nforce,ATI? Gigabyte-Intel) Did You hear about issues with the Intel motherboar...

Did You use PW-200-V for some compatibility reasons that people have with PW-200-M using Dell DA-2? Is PW-200-V not cursed with those motherboard compatibility problems? Did You had such problems with booting etc?

Re: ninja instead of zalman

OK - the ninja is not much more expensive than the zalman. And that's just why you should go with ninja! Does it matter if the case is upright because of the size of the ninja ? Will it exert wight on the montherboad if the motherboard is vertical. Yes but it works in so many setups here and it won...

don't buy zalman 7700. much better choice for silent and temps would be scythe ninja. if you have some worries about runnig fanless just simply add some fan on ninja and it would be much cooler than 7700 for sure! even if you put some 120mm on back it would do the job just perfect.

I have an asus a8v deluxe about 1 year ago with matrox g550 and it has plenty problems using that duo. probably because of via chipset. if you want expecially matrox gpu read first matrox forum and ask or search for your mb+gpu. they've got very good support.

I don't OC my CPU because it's enough fast for meand i don't wan't to have any heat related prob with chipset or something. OCing it's not good idea when you have low airflow system. But when You add some airflow onto the c...

I can say about it something. I've used that stock cooler. I removed the stock material with AS5 but only because of that i must mount it for the second time. I remove it using cosmetic alcohol. I think it'll fit but i'm not sure... In my opinion the stock heatsink has bad fins construction to work ...

Next step will be to get a GeForce 7 series with the passive cooler, I just have to figure how to set it up in my case (as the nice Asus one uses a CPU heatsink fan - which I no longer have!). Any suggestion? i've using Thermaltake Schooner on 7800GT and it works... COMPLETELY fanless... highest te...

Of course they are! Thermaltake Schooner handle it on the 7800GT but at 100*C. Completely fanless only exhaust 120mm at 5v. I must mod first the clip mounting because its not compatible with geforce 7 series. I made it in "ghetto" style but it works... and i think good...

i don't get it... If AMD use Individual values for each cpu then what's the point giving "wrong" values on their web site... ? If that will be then AMD would gave such program as AMD64 TCaseMax... And no gave any info at their web..
