Not bad considering it came from Austria to Australia. So, yeah the service was awesome, and the new f...

ZOMG SUPER MASSIVE BUMP

Its just that some of the info is a bit out of date:

-Fan clips are now standard
-compatible with socket775
-s-clip is standard, allows for rotation on k8 platforms

Thermalright v1 passive on x800xl

Hi, ive been a semi lurker here for about a year (w00t 7 posts) Anyway, would it be possible to run a thermalright v1 (non ultra) passively on an agp x800xl? This guy said it could, but i really want some confirmation (im intending on running an si120 with this and the fan most probably wont fit) Or...

hmmm considering the ocz tempest is like 90aud here, and the scythe ninja can be had for 70, i seriously doubt that this heatsink will cost less then a ninja. as for performance, ocz is geared towards gamers, i wouldnt be suprised if the fan is stupidly loud by spcr standards :P However a fan replac...

Look at this:

Nexus 350w

+3.3v-22A
+5v-21A
+12v1-10A
+12v2-15A
+5vsb-2A
-12v-0.3A

The 12v configuration looked very similiar to my antec 350 sp-II, so I took a hike to the antec website, and look what i found:

+3.3v-22A
+5v-21A
+12v1-10A
+12v2-15A
+5vsb-2A
-12v-0.3A

Any PSU with 30A 5v will be fine, 30x5=150w, so your covered up till 150w on the cpu give or take, and I doubt many AXP's will draw over 120w overclocked heavily.

MGE isnt really known for good PSU's, they rebadge "YoungYear" PSU's, and the quality can be questionable.

Seasonic for the win!
