Yhx for replies. Underclocking tbh wasn't in my plans, because I would need all power possible from CPUa few times per day. Limits of using Ninja passively?

Can anyone please give me an idea about which is the acceptable limit to have a CPU with the Ninja in passive mode? (without extra fans) I'm ordering all parts of a new PC (look bellow, plz) and I'm thinking in a AMD A64 3000 or 3200, but just remembered it may be a bit risky to simply use the Ninja...
