I have a P150 with a passive ninja setup and a nexus 120 at the back. It's dead quiet like that. I recently added 2 92mm nexus fans at the front for extra hd-cooling. At 12V they are definately not quiet, so i used a Zalman ZM-MC1 which puts them @ 5V and makes them inaudible.
