P190 will be my next case. im planning a completely passive setup (with cpu and gpu both having ginormous heatsinks) and let the case fans do the work (quietly of course)

80c is perfectly FINE. my GTX is a burner and with an nv silencer at 5v constant, temps reaches 90c and its rock stable with no artifacts.

Many fanless cards are known to reach 90c+ load and perfectly stable

neither. get a scythe ninja. it is one of the best coolers and very quiet. in a p180 you can probably run it passive because there is two fan in close proximity

well the evercool VC-RE twinkling cooler is actually made for video cards. however, it just so happens that it fit nforce 4 chipset mount holes (via push pins just like stockers are). at default speed, 5000rpm, it considerably more quiet than say the typical 9000rpm of stock chipset fans. - get 2 scythe ninja. at 5v you CANNOT hear them

- replace all case fans with the famous Yate Loons. Softmount and undervolt them with Zalman fanmates

- Get Zalman VF900cu for your graphic card and run it in silent mode

- replace PSU with seasonic S12 600W

hope that give you some ideas

cut out any grills that restricts the case fans... run them at a lower volt (zalman fanmate), and since your case is aluminum, get some vinyl floor tiles, stick it on the panels so the case don't resonante like crazy
