I´ve also notice that. Noctuas move air very fast in the external area of the fan, and that air spreads widely, another thing important is that in the center of the fan there is a big area where air just don´t move at all... Take a look at www.noticias3d.com in refrigeracion/silentpc subforum, th...

Hello silencers! I´ve been meaking some investments these days because I felt that something was not right with noctua fans. Well, I think I can afirm that Noctua fans move a good amount of air when they´re alone over a table or sth like that, but not when they´re mounted in a computer, because t...

It´s got a really good airflow, BUT its not silent or quiet in any way. top vent makes a noise like click-click-click. You can rrefrigerate a hole undervolted computer with that vent only, but it´s noisier than two nexus at 7v and one important thing. Hard disk is mounted without silicon grommets,...

the stock heatsink of the 7900gto is simply the best among factory heatsinks even quieter than iceq atis. msi has already one 7900gto for in the market, and its not a 7900 gtx with lower clocks, it´s just a 7900 gtx with the same core clock, and 100mgz less mem clock. I think this card is perfect, ...

I have a raptor 150 gb in my p180, in the lower chamber, I also have three nexus to cool everything. With those nexus at 7v you won´t notice that raptor over them, at least not much, maybe its a bit louder, but you´ll have to put your ear near to the HD to distinguish its noise. Things change a lo...

all I can say is that I do have a scythe s-flex that spins at 800 rpm with 12v, and three nexus. And the diferences between both are so small that I wouldn´t spend even one minute more with it. I mean, maybe (only maybe) scythe´s vents move a bit more air than nexus at the same noise level. How mu...

AM2 35w availability??
Hi everyone from Spain! 8) I´ve been thinking about changing or not my old PIII which I use for internet, emule, watch some films and "play" sometimes  Well, the fact is that I´m not sure which to buy, if a turion mt-40 or A64 x2 3800 am2 those which have a tdp of 35w. A64´s are cheapest and...
