Unfortunately Intel doesn't tell the TDP of its chipsets' individual components. What they tell is the max idle power and TDP of the whole chipset, 12.3W and 26.5W respectively( source ), of which a large part is the northbridge. Hope this helps. Madshrimps tested this heatsink in an Antec Sonata with one exhaust fan and it still did relatively well, the temp was three degrees higher than a Ninja.

I'm kind of wondering, why is a Condor needed for 7600 if a Raven can cool 6800 excluding AGP Ultra, surely 7600 is noticeably(sp?) cooler than 6800 and about as cool as 6600?
