Well the locking position seems to be the opposite direction the arrow is pointing. Pushing in two opposite corners at the same time is impossible. I have gotten it sortof ok, but the whole heatsink is not solidly locked into position. What I mean is, if I applied enough downward force the top pins ...

nForce i680 board, 2 diff cpu temps
In the bios my CPU is being reported as 38 C. In windows using nTune and Speedfan its shown as 51 C. Its a C2D 6600. Any thoughts?

Scythe Mine, impossible to install properly
I have a huge problem with my Scythe Mine. I cant get the pins to go in all the way. The white first parts go in no problem, however I cannot get the black pins to go far enough in to snap into place. As such the heatsink comes off very easily. I have spent like an hour with the motherboard removed ...

Reason im considering the Mine is that it doesnt require a backplate to be installed, so the motherboard also requires no removal. Plus with the fan in the middle I dont have to worry about having fan fitting problems because of ram getting in the way etc. Also since I wouldnt need to install a back...
