thanks for comments ntavlas i have a zalman fan controller but at this moment I am not using it...I believe that really I do not need it, I am running the 120mm intake fan and another 80mm fan (in front of the gpu) with 5v adapters (The adapter that comes with the seasonic psu) about HDD... i remove...

hi lor77 Thanks for the link I was thinking about 2 segate momentus 7200.2 80GB to run in RAID 0, it has a Single platter... and are fast!!!! At this moment i have 2 segate barracuda 80Gb in raid 0, i feel an increase in performance when boot win vista and loading some games vs a single drive... Ind...

thanks disphenoidal you are right i'm afraid when i read this Caution! There are people, who will say "You can't feed current back into your power-supply" and they are right! If you plug something between the 12V and 5V lead, you have to be absolutely sure, that no current is fed back into the PSU. ...

a cheap fan controler can do a better work...
but i do not want spent more money...

my PSU is a seasonic s12 380

Sunbeam Rheobus can do the the task....

i have 3 fans conected to same molex:
- one have the 7 volt trick
- two at 5 volt

the system runs fine... but i want to be sure
