Now, I have an Antec P182 with 4 yate loons fans installed and I noticed that there are 3 and 4 pin molex or connector (not sure about the proper term for it). The light blue arrows indicates where the fans will be blowing (airflow).

Am I doing the set-up correctly?

The title says it all. I figured that Scythe Ninja rev. B would better suit my needs instead of Thermalright Ultra-120 extreme since I don't plan on overclocking.
