Hmmm, after doing some more research, I think I'm going to get the Noctua NH-U12F Heatsink and Fan. It comes with the Noctua fan and it was reviewed favorably on Anandtech. Kind of expensive, but so far all of the options have been when everything is said and done, with the fan, TIM, etc.
