If you're considering overclocking, go for DDR2-800.
The 533 will give fine performances at stock speeds, but it will be your first limit when you start overclocking.

If the air coming out through the PSU is cool and the fan is ramping up, then it looks like there might be something wrong with your PSUs temp sensor? At an ambient temp of 22C, 2 fans (1@800RPM, 1@1000RPM) are enough to keep every component in very safe tempereatures.

Same problem here with the TriCool's that came with my P180B yesterday morning.
I can only guess that the fans that come in their cases are an older generation of TriCools that don't have the 3pin connector.
Looks like 4pin>3pin adaptors will be needed...
