does the heatsink ever get any warm? My TRUE is definately warm and my temp readings are pretty much same as yours. Except I have different cpu and overclocked. But the point is that if your CPU is warm so should be your sink also.

It depends on the IHS and heatsink. Some are very convex. How's are your case temps?

I don't know where to buy it in UK. But in Finland I found it on "industrial" plastic supply store. It was much cheaper there than anywhere else. And mine 10mm inner diameter and 1.5 mm wall thickness was really strong.

I think it just for the style. I think that those aluminum filters are much worse on every other aspect. Well maybe not for the flow... not sure about that.

I think that oiling the slipstream requires peeling sticker off. Under that you find a "hole". Drop few drops there.

Those front fans will probably suffer of air. Too little clearance before wall for optimum operation. Otherwise looks good.

Be careful which one you choose. I had a Palit sonic edition which broke. Then I got Club3D OC:d. The Club is a bit more silent that the palit but both are quite noisy. The clubs heatsink thing looks pretty much the same as that powercolor. But the fan implementation can differ because it idles only...

Yep. My bad. I was too tired and in too hurry... It actually is like this. two equal noise source is +3dB. So four fans is +6 to original dB (=11dB) and 6 fans is something like +7.5dB to original (=12.5dB). But what did the Neil said is probably true. But it is really hard to find quieter fans than...

I have 750 GB F1 in scythe quiet drive. It temps are 32 *C at moderate usage. When heavy usage it never eaches 40 *C. The quiet drive is at P182 upper chamber floor over foam. Otherwise the seek noise would be too loud. The quiet drive nicely dampens idle noise.
