Your solution for the rear fans sounds interesting, I may have too look into that. The Thermalright, not thermaltake, is the heatsink you want. There is a difference. I have the same case. I actully put a Yate Loon 120mm fan in the front. Since there aren't any holes for the 120, I was able to get the hard drive bracket to hold the fan in place, while the 2 case prongs hold the bottom of the fan. Its not pretty but it works great.
