I have 2 of these fans in one of my systems, cooling the HHDs nicely.

They are designed for 12 Volts.

They rotate at 800 RPM and waft 33 +/- CFM, quietly.

Use at 12 volts to get the intended design benefits.

No point in under-volting, if that is what you are trying.
