Does it come with bolt-through mobo hardware? That's what I hate about my HR-05 is its less-than-secure looking attachment to the mobo. Thermalright does offer a bolt-through kit on their site, but I wish they made them standard parts of the kit.

The DS3's stock NB cooler is barely up to the task of cooling the Northbridge. If you get a low profile cooler, make sure there's some air directed at it. I have an HR-05 on my DS3 and while that's not low-profile by any means, I am familiar with how hot those NBs get!!
