I recommend D-Link DNS-323 also... mine has been running just about 24x7 since I set it up in early January. (details in sig)...

I run a DNS-323 on my network also. My drive models are listed in my Sig. Mine has been running 24x7 since January, with no issues, other than firmware upgrades.
