Is your Club3D card the same as a powercolor card in the Puget review? For example, I tried both fanless powercolor 5750 and gigabyte 5750 silent cell, the gigabyte easily reaches 100 degrees while powercolor maxed in the 80's.

my fanless HIS 4670 w/ stock isilence heatsink idles about 4-8w lower than my saphire 3870...also for those looking for a reference ati 4670...my brother bought a dell desktop and it came with normal ati branded 4850...so maybe the big systems builders carries them.

i ordered 2x140mm yate loons from them some months ago. price was dirt cheap, $5ea w/ free shipping, couldnt pass that up. No replies for 3 weeks, my fans did arrive eventually but omg, they just threw the fans into a paper shipping bag w/out padding...i was suprised they weren't shattered.

heres my setup/temps: coolermaster cosmos-3 fans (2 top, 1 back) negative pressure e4500 w/ passive ninja p35-ds3p 3870 w/ passive accelero s1 6 HDD's the 3870 idles around 35C and has gone up to 55C under load. i'd suggest the 3870. amd/ati just cut prices, 3850 =$169 / 3870 = $189, you get more memory, more performance and they more or less use the same amt of power at idle.

S1 is dirt cheap (inexpensive) compared to other vga coolers on the market but if additional sinks are needed for mosfets like swiftech mc21 that does increase the overall price by $10 (40-50%). i've got aluminum heatsinks from various computer parts that would be perfectly cheap mc21 alternatives,....

i'd like to see a performance comparsion between the AC S1 passive and w/ turbo module vs. thermalrights hr03 variants and zalmans ridiculously priced all copper vf-1000 to see who is the modern day king of vga cooling =)
