There's a post on the Newegg site referring to the GA-MA69GM-S2H, suggesting that dropping the memory speed a little had lowered the CPU & NB temperatures quite noticeably ... yeah, @85hz, analog. Yet you'll find further info elsewhere noting 2560x1600@60hz DL-DVI. Thanks for all the good info here, frank2003 and everyone: this is really useful, especially about the hot/cool NB. Question about the TA690G: does it support 2560x1600@60hz (on DVI), like the GA-MA69GM does? The 690 chipset does support that, along with 2048x15xx@85hz analog, but so far I've not se...
