Do I need more cooling? I was hoping that the cooler that ships with the CPU should be enough. I'm not going to overclock any of the parts

Thanks a lot for your advice, I figured the 500w PSU was way overkill. The Fortron Source Zen fanless 300w should be a good fit, no? The price isn't really a big issue, as long as it's silent :-)
