24fps in the cinema looks ok

24fps in PC video games = pretty bad

i dont know the exact details, but for most people, i'd say 35+ fps is recommended for "fluid" game motion. maybe even 40+

well still, either way, if the power reqs are lower (~350W) or higher (~450W), getting a larger PSU will benefit you by lower temps and lower fan noise!

id just orient the case in several positions while blowing compressed air. should be fine, unless you're super paranoid

disk boot failure usually means bad hard drive. plug-in another hard drive and see if it works--or even, try a reformat.

I'm new to this place as you can tell by my post count, and the sticky threads and popular posts are helping a bit.
