Re: Silent AMD A10-6800K PC - Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanc
Just a quick update: I decided to check if using 2133mhz will work. I have these sticks: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0050119O0/ref=oh_details_o01_s02_i03?ie=UTF8&psc=1 http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0050119O0/ref=oh_details_o01_s02_i03?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It didn't boot. Re: Silent AMD A10-6800K PC - Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanc
Yes, I am posting the temps reported from the bios.
I do not use Windows so I cannot use the apps most people use. I have tried "lm-sensors" but it's reporting a abnormally low value for the CPU temp. I will post them when I get home.

Re: Silent AMD A10-6800K PC - Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanc
I've turned all three system fans on the Fractal Node 304 to medium.
I am getting the values below under normal load.
Cores 1-4: ~32
CPU: ~51
System: ~43
So it looks like turning on the fans helped.
What do you folks think?

Re: Silent AMD A10-6800K PC - Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanc
Temperatures: Core1-4: ~44 CPU: ~61 System: ~54 CPU fan is spinning at 2220 rpm. This is before upping the clock from 1866MHz to 2133MHz on the RAM sticks. Temp outside is 13 degrees here in London. Reported from the BIOS after leaving it on the BIOS screen for around an hour. Is this something to ...

Thanks. If I decide to pair it, I will get a Radeon HD 6670 because this supports the "CrossFiring" or "Dual Graphics" feature which the AMD APU CPU supports. Re: Silent AMD A10-6800K PC - Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanc
Thanks. OK, based on that, I think: I should get the A10-6700 with the Cooler Master GeminII M4. Question is: would the system allow the Patriot 8GB (2x 4GB) 2133MHz Dual Channel DDR3 if the CPU does not support it — the A10-6700 CPU only supports 1866MHz. or The A10-6800k, Fractal Design NODE 304, ...

I just went to the shop and tried it out - It's still too loud for my liking. Compared to, say, the MS comfort curve 2000, it's way too loud.thejamppa wrote:Check the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard. Quiet keyboard
Hi,
I'd like some recommendations for a silent keyboard. I currently have the Logitech Wave, it isn't silent by any means. Previously I owned the Logitech 3200, which again wasn't slient.
Thankss
