I would say that a 680W would be more than enough. I prefer paying a bit more for a higher quality/lower rating PS. Anyway I didn´t have a choice so I used the Tacens 680, but I´ll be buying a Gigabyte or Tagan soon. Not that there is anything bad with the Tacens, but I prefer the other 2 brands.

How about running the top fan so it pulls air from outside?
