Yes. There may be a few minor differences in key layout, but I don't notice them when I'm working in XP (and Win2k) on the Apple keyboard.

Yes, the standard apple keyboard is really very quiet. I've used a Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 for a few years now and just got an Apple. The apple is an order of magnitude more quiet!
