So I am wondering... should I buy this omg-blingy controller???
Just want to know how precise is when lowering the rpm to Noctua fans (basically S12 and P12). Works well with gfx fans as well???

Hard drives are one of the few components that dont increase in speed at drastic rates, the size keeps going up but performance is only creeping slowly... The LCD in the Wacom Cintiq 15x makes a high pitched noise as well. It is at a pretty low level at least. I'm guessing it's the inverter for the LCD's backlight. -Ed Right on the spot! Samsung 203B here. Sounds like it's trying to shred the disc if I boot into OS with one in, especially bad is Battlefield 2142. In XP it calms down via Nero DriveSpeed, but keeps spinning for two minutes which I can't seem to lower. Seeks are reasonable, more muted clunks than whine or sharp squeal...
