WOT? It has two com ports? I guess it's made for embedding in industrial machines 'n stuff. But it's kind of expensive, I've seen the Intel D945GCLF2 for only $80(-ish).

Antec Three Hundred with a Cooler Master 4-in-3. Not soft mounted though, but it's cheap

Another thought I've had was getting an Antec Three Hundred. It has six internal 3.5" bays and three 5.25" bays (so room for ten harddrives). Again though, seems overkill. Too many fans! I don't think that much cooling is needed. Can't be good for the noise level, either. (Sigh, never satisfied. ;)...
