I have the same motherboard and heatsink.

I went with the Slipstream 1200rpm for the heatsink. Can't hear it when it's inside the case.

My CPU is the Q9550 and Ram is Cossair XMS2 DHX. Hope that helps in your decision

The Turbo Module is good. The smaller profile compared to a 120mm fan doesn't block the PCI/PCI-E slot below the graphic card. But one thing I think should be said about the Turbo Module is that it uses a standard 3 pin header which not all graphic card will accept. For example my Sapphire 4850 512M...
