The DD-24AX looks interesting - I like the idea of some regulation to protect my components! I am not 100% clear on the connectors on the board though. Bonestonne -- thanks for your advice! I hadn't heard of an RCA -> S-Video cable, but that sounds like it might be a good solution. I had a look at some Asus boards based on the 780G chipset, but unfortunately they only do VGA, DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort. These are all great for monitors and flat pane...

Hi there, could anyone offer some advice on a system build? I'm looking to put an HTPC together. This will be a dedicated box that needs to output to a old-school CRT TV via S-Video.
