Exactly where did you use the table knifes? Have tried some but it seems very easy to damge the paint on the grille.

I agree even though it seems that the airflow will be more straight forward with the 80 mm.

What's the best? Antec NeoPower 650 or Antec NeoPower 650 Blue. The last one has a 120 mm fan and the first one has a 80 mm fan. Wouldn't it be better airflow with the 80 mm fan because of the fan placement?

I guess there will be more noise with 80 mm.
