I agree with Loren_Brothers; as an aside, as I built my P160 system, I installed an Antec NoiseKiller silicon 'gasket' and placed two of the silicon washers on the single rail. I am using a Zalman 300A PSU, and there is no case vibration whatsoever.

Frame is aluminium; blades are 'chromed' plastic.

Samsungs are notorious for temp readings. At present, mine is reading 25 degrees C. Usually it sits at 18. This is with an ambient of 23.2, case temp at 27.0.

4 case fans? You mentioned a radiator so I am assuming you are water-cooling.

Many of us at SPCR use just one case fan. The other two fans in the system include the CPU and the PSU.

Oh, ASUS Probe is terrible, as it reports temps far below actual readings.

I would suggest looking for a pre-cut kit, such as those offered by Techflex. These kits come with appropriate lengths of different diameter size to completely sleeve a standard system.

For specific sizes 'google' for pre-cut kits and make note of the content of a standard package.
