i have some margin between the caps and the ontop mobo brackets when aligned with the rear of the case (parallel to the memory slots)

the gray looking cubes are not the caps right, they seem more like transistors of some sort?

S-FLEX vs SLIP STREAM

i believe if i am not wrong: SLIP STREAM is good for non restrictive airflow spots (thus, is made for exhaust/rear), also its not a good idea to place SLIP STREAM fan horizontaly S-FLEX is good for restrictive areas such as the intake spot behind the dust grill of the P182 case and in mid of the psu...

Why not just fan #2 and block the top vent, and a good quiet PSU below to cool the HDD. I would think the video card would be the noise maker. so running a 1200 sythe shouldn't be louder than that card. Thank you! Corsair HX520 i believe is very silent (http://www.silentpcreview.com/article699-page...

I did a similar replacement when I got my P182. My replacements were all 120mm Scythe Slipstreams rear: 800rpm top: 800rpm front: 1200rpm bottom: 1200rpm HR01: 800rpm (only running if I overclock more than 20% - QX9650) Noctua's should work equally well.
