At the moment I tried lowering the clock by 90 MHz (max that MSI Afterburner allows) and Memory by 200 MHz. It did not help. That's about 7 and 5% underclock.

Maybe the UnofficialOverclockingMode will allow more. I'll also try increasing voltage a bit.

Buy you can measure how many pixels sit between mounting holes on the pictures, and than calculate how many mm it is taking the PCI-E slot length as a reference.

The R5 case is a really good product. Apart from some issues, it's made both well and with attention to details. I'd suggest buying a new graphics card when you really need it. HD4850 should be sufficient at the moment and int he future you will be able to buy better cards than the GTX 260 for the same price.
