Are you looking for cheap steel chassis or something more elegant but more expensive aluminum chassis.
Do you need display?
You can consider Wesena ITX2, ITX6, ITX7 or Origen M10 (expensive but the best quality you can get)

Did you consider desktop instead of tower?
Very elegant and quiet cases are OrigenAE S16V.
