What's wrong with the newer Nvidia cards? I was actually looking at the Sparkle fanless PCI 8400GS. There's a x16 port, but I was thinking of keeping that free one of those riser cards that splits into multiple x8/x4 ports for SATA/Network controllers. Overclocking E5200 in mini-itx case?
I've been planning to build a HTPC with some gaming on emulators. According to the PCSX2 site, they recommend at least a C2D 3.2ghz. Since the E5200 apparently can go up to 3.33ghz on stock voltages, what I'd like to find out is how small/quiet can I hope to go while keeping temperatures reasonable....

The attribute we are discussing is (C1) Load Cycle Count 200 200 0 64 Ok and in your drive it appears to be the same as Start/Stop Count.
