Changed.... my original thought was to just build a NAS but with some of the MB options out there a lightweight HTPC looks to be possible.

I looked in to the links that remco_t posted. I think that I can get away with more than just a NAS. A lightweight HTPC looks to be possible with some of those MBs. I have a question though.
