You can use mp3Tag Pro (http://www.mymusictools.com/music_management_3/mp3tag_pro_26668.htm) that can easily organize a collection by creating new folders and sorting music files into them according to the pattern that you specify.

Some options:
Cheap:
ATI HD 2400 Pro= about 10 watts
ATI HD 2400XT= almost 20 watts
Faster:
7300GT= 25 watts
8500GT= 27 watts
8600GT= 30 watts
ATI HD 2600 Pro= 31 watts

The 7300GT and the ATI HDs have AGP version. They consume a bit more power because of the additional bridge chip.

Logitech is a great keyboard, I love the typing feel, it actually makes me want to type on it. The touchpad is okay once you adjust it and is nice when my MX Revolution is charging or when I'm not sitting at the desk.

Logitech used to be my fav but they want you to tirelessly waste batteries in Keyboards by making the new standard wireless, I would suggest Microsoft cause they have more wired versions, but then again, you should get a cheap wireless combo by Logitech and toss the mouse, gonna eat the snot out of ...
