I wonder if Enermax will also operate fanless below 150W. The specs indicate that the minimum fan speed is 330 RPM, even at "0" output. A 330 RPM fan is so close to completely silent that I doubt the difference with the X-series is material. Depends. My PSU also has one really slow moving fan on ve...

Drives are new. I think I'm going to remove the drives this evening and fit them back into the drive cage and then suspend the drive cage instead. It's going to get hot here for the next few months and I'd like the fan in place. Can't wait to order my mCubed controller. That way the fan will only ru...

I just suspended my drives out of sheer boredom at 2AM in the morning. At my age I really should be in bed sleeping through my impending old age, but this is more fun. :) What sort of drive performance loss are people seeing after suspending their drives? I immediately noticed some hesitation/delay ...

Sweet. :) I've been eyeing those and the Scythe Gentle Typhoons. None of them available where I am so need to get an order together. After messing around on another PSU and some other fans today I realised this is probably commutator switching noise. I have sleeve bearing 14cm fans as well and just ...

Annoying PSU fan "clack"
Recently upgraded my machine. As is the norm, once things are running fine you'll find some issue on it to turn into a project. This time round it's trying to get it quieter. The fans I have aren't really things people here would consider useful. :) They're just "generic" Cooler Master sleeve bearin...

Here's the Targa:

Look familiar? At least this has wifi if but an add-on and not embedded.
So who makes this? Which company is doing the rebranding? Or is Targa actually Lenovo in Germany?
