Mine died yesterday. Bought: 14 August 2007, so still within the 3 year warranty! It made a bang and died quickly, then released a smell. I don't see the value to me of posting my serial number. It lived in an Antec P182 case with an xternally-cooled CPU & Northbridge. The sources of heat were a fan...
