I guess we will find out if they are still honoring the RMA's on these items for the incompatibilities. I got my P150 awhile ago, and now I am hooking it up to my Abit An8 SLI and no go.

I am sending in the RMA today.

I have the S0509 model.

Folding image in sig?

I feel pretty silly. I have been using PHP forums for along time and I thought I was pretty good at BB Code. I can't for the life of me get an image to show in my sig. It just shows the code instead. I had this working once upon a time, so I know it should work. This is what I am putting in my sig: ...

I was one of the first on the team and I was first place for quite awhile until TRC-13 came along ;). BUt I took a hiatus for awhile after FAH theoreticlly killed one of our servers. At least it was blamed. I'm back in it again now. I will be slowly crawling back from 31st place :) BTW I fold as mjr...

MY PSK5000 is great, but the USB ports aren't really useful for the stuff I need it for (big USB keys and my camera, neither work properly on it). I was thinking hard about the new Saitek Eclipse keyboard, since what I really want is glowing keys, and this one doesn't use that damn EL :) Anyone have...

Alas, I gave it to my Mom :)

However, last night I removed the drive and remounted it. I also removed the "y" cable splitting power with the Radeon card. Since then I have had no problems. Maybe I had a bum splitter in there that was occasionally dropping voltage?

CPU temps are in the 40's ( I am watercooled so I don't have much worry about that stuff)

I ran Memtest for 12 hours last night, so I think I am good there ;)

Freezing up - Could it be my Nexus NX3000?

I am getting some fairly frequent freeze-ups ( once/hour ) on my rig. This is a pretty recent development, and is only since I added a 160GB Samsung Spinpoint 1614N. I am being told on the Nforce support forums that 300W is just not cutting it on my PC, but I am loathe to believe those guys when it ...

I haven't done any hacking yet, and I don't even have a fan at all in the intake area. I was using the premise that intake fans really don't have all that much effect. I have a L1A I can stick in there for testing. Problem is, the amount of holes there for air to come in is pretty sad, so I am not s...

Heat problems trying to keep it quiet in a microATX Case

I got my wife an Anthenatech case for her PC, since she wanted a nice small PC and I didn't want to spring for a Shuttel box. Here is the case she has: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductdesc.asp?description=11-190-005&depa=1 I am using a Arctic Cooling Slim Silent Pro heatsink/fan combo on an Ath...

I use a Hydor L20. Pretty low flow, but very small and super-quiet. I use 80 durometer Sorbothane to stick it to the bottom of my case. It works perfectly for me in my application (just CPU and GPU blocks). I don't overclock much so I am not looking to blow seals with flow and I just run a 120mm fan...

I sit my pump on a big block of sorbothane 80 durometer with adhesive backing. Works great also has the added effect of keeping tte pump in one place. Better than screws.

It would only matter if the PC were left out in the sun. Color only affects the heat absorbed from heat produced by light. In a dark room, a white PC and a black PC will behave exactly the same.

MOre important is what's missing. I still can't tell if only certain types of motherboard will fit, or will anything ATX fit in there? How does the CPU heatpipe adjust to fit a differently placed socket? Stuff like that.

I haven't used the DD but I used the 120mm RAD from my Waterchill, and it mounted just fine ot the 120mm fan hole on the back of my Sonata, which is essentially the same mounting as the 3700.

Well, I for one only wish my PC was designed with as much thought and care to asthetics as your typical Mac/apple/G4. The beige box mold is starting to break, but it sure is still way behind.
