Considering they're both seasonic and use the same fans. I doubt there's much difference, just variations of the fans/circuitry. Anything else is just speculation.

the corsair is looking better to me at the moment, condisering i wont be using anywhere near 620watt.
the 60mm fan on the seasonic not turning off until restart has put me off
