March 2004 .. certainly not as active on the forum as I use to be, but proud to still have 4 machines folding away for the team. My #16 spot just keeps loosing ground as my 292648 points mean less and less. But I'm glad I can still contribute. peteamer old friend, mighty glad to see you still aroun...

ohhh yah dasman.. don't you dare slow down or I'll snap your heels a good one! You bet the race is still on to #15. One of my main computer's production is semi-permanently down since I started using it as a Freelancer server for a mod I made (Asgard RPG if you play Freelancer). But I'm scrambling f...

What a shock! I'm sure it must have happened before but I missed it. Checking stats today and there was this odd RED thing a few lines down. I've never seen that color in the stats before - what does it mean. OH NOOOOOOOO.... genetomcat is overtaking Team Bailey???? Super congrats genetomcat.. come ...

I, an honest and respected member of the Silent PC Folding team (unlike SOME pete People)! I would ever stoop to such dark devices as wishing my fellow folders ill will. It just goes to show the depravity that comes to the minds of those Who pete Do. tisk tisk. In fact, all my extra energy is focuse...

Sleeping?
I won't bother you with all the details of my technology maladies, but it feels like I've been doing everything possible the past 5 or 6 days to let dasman zoom ahead in our neck-to-neck race. There have been problems with five different machines that fold for me over that past week. Oh well, I thin...

I keep pretty detailed records on my 16 folders (yes I know I'm a geek), charting out a PPW average every month. Comparing my historical data to records since the change, my production is up 23.7% on average. I tossed out the high and low machines (low is doing much worse than before, high is going ...

removing flags on a service
Talk about feeling silly! I can not find a way to edit the flags on my folding service. Now that it seems better to take –advmethods off AMD folders, I'm trying to get in there to make the tweak, but it's got me stumped. Surely I don't have to reinstall the service do I? I used "pk's F2H4 NT Service...

We definitely need positive confirmation that the Aopen board supports the Mobile Athlon and adjustable vcore. Just brought my last new folding machine on line at work today, based around the AOpen MK79G-N MB as we discussed here. I can give you positive assurance that MB gives you full adjustment ...

Thank you all for pitching in on my OC confusions. The combined knowledge of this group, and the constant willingness to help, impresses me over and over. Well thanks to your good feedback, I've made some progress. Following the idea of tweaking the FSB up slowly, I stopped at 186MHz, with the Memor...
