Looking for material to make air duct with

I'm think about making some air ducts to direct the flow of air around in my case. In some older Compaq servers they use a thin plastic cardboard for ducting. Where would I buy a sheet of this stuff? The ones I took from the Compaq server aren't quite shaped right.

Unless there was a big explosion with smoke and flames chances are that it's just the fuse. If look at the PSU board you see a chart with the proper fuse ratings, eg. 400W requires a 7A 250V fuse. The fuse is near the edge of the board, soldered and heat shrinked.

I finally got my Super Tornado 400W to stop continually speeding up and down for no apparent reason! I replaced the superred with an aluminum evercool and reverse the rear fan in a Sonata to suck air in.

Now it only speeds up when under max load for at least 5 minutes.

I picked up a Super Tornado 400W. It's quiet when it's running about 800 rpm. But any sort of moderate load it will quickly speed up to about 1500rpm (which is damn noisy), then slow down to 800rpm when things are idle. So I get this continuous fan oscillating which is really getting on my nerves! H...
