I think this guide is great and is full of good information. That said, I am trying to make a decent watercooling system without making any case mods. Currently, I have an Antec P160. The real problem here is that I can't find a good heatercore or rad that will fit the case. As said above the BIX bu...

Generally, you want to keep the same tubing diameter throughout your system Could you explain the advatages of doing this...are there any? I would think that changing tubing size would sometimes result in an improvement of temps. For example, let's say that I had a 1/2" CPU block and 1/4" GPU block...

Radiators Stay away from retail watercooling radiator offerings, such as the Black Ice series. These may perform okay-ish, but the reason I suggest you stay away from these is the price. These items are SEVERELY marked up and are out there to earn an easy buck (or a hundred) out of unknowing consum...

All good information...thanks...I was planning on the Swiftech, but I am going to have to look into the Eheim pumps now -- one thing about all of this is I want a completely internal solution, so I may have to go with the Swiftech if it fits better than the Eheim 1250 The same place said that the MC...

Wow!! -- where did they come up with that deal?...it is unbelievable...I emailed them awhile back and here is what they had to say: Modes 1 and 2 produce 27-28.5db from front to back. And 29db from side to side. Mode 3 produces 45-46.5db from front to back. And 52.5db from side to side. 6V (MODE 1&2...

Case recommendation not listed in "recommendations"

Here is what I am looking for in a case (priority) 1. Not plain looking and preferrably with a side window 2. Slient (obviously) -- something less than 25dB with all fans on normal 3. Room for 5-6 5 1/4 devices 4. No built-in power supply I always thought about getting the Thermaltake Xaser III VM30...
