Many items for sale: Downsizing and clearing space.
I've been cutting down on a lot of items lately that I don't use anymore, so I have a few things for sale. The computer internals were used in my WHS for a couple years. No real stress or overclocking. Prices do not include shipping and open to OBO. Hauppauge Media Center remote and IR receiver: $15...

FS: 8800GT SSC w/ AC S1 and custom RAM sinks.
I hate to do this since I hardly even used the card, but I am putting my EVGA 8800GT SSC up for sale. It comes with an Arctic Cooling S1 cooler and custom RAM sinks (made a group buy for them when they came out). There is AS5 on the GPU and ASC on the RAM. This was one of those cards I just had to h...

I don't have any picture of the server yet since I haven't installed the last 4 HDD's, however, in the link in my sig, I used the case and motherboard from the P180B build. I also just rebuilt/upgraded my NSK-2480 for like the 3rd time since I've owned the case. I'll take some pics and make a post a...

I recently built an HTPC for my dad using this case and I was able to really make it quiet. I used some Noctua fans spinning fairly slowly as well as dynamat on the bracket that holds the to fans over the card slots and the casing and it really impressed me how quiet it ran. http://www.per128.com/pu...

I just put together a machine for WHS using mostly parts I had, but I did end up purchasing an E3200 and a cheap $25 video card and I have been happy thus far. The whole machine consists of the following: - P180B w/ 3 Scythe SlipStreams running full speed (1,200 RPM) - Asus P5Q-E - E3200 (w/ passive...

As it stands, you can't do much at all to reduce the system noise in the current case. You can install games to the hard drive, and you can do some little internal cooling mods (as5, lapping heatsinks, some work with the air ducts pulling air over the heatsink more forcefully) but the console uses ...

I had my Xbox RRoD shortly after installing it into this case. I have my replacement (I took the warranty sticker off with a hair drier) and I'm looking to put this back in the case.... During normal operation, the temps probably stay in the 30's. I think I may have maxed it out at 50C. It's been a while since I've tested it all. I don't think you could over heat the CPU in the setup unless you were pumping in 140F degree air from the get go. The fans are Scythe SlipStreams (1,200 ...

Agreed. Finding a good HTPC case with that much HDD space is going to be... Pretty hard to do. I don't think I've found one. I can fit 3 HDD's in a NSK-2480, but I only run one laptop HDD in it. If you need that much space, do like InfyMcGirk suggested and get a traditional tower (I used a P180B as ...

I know for a fact THIS will work. I am using it with a Ninja2.
Also, with the original Ninja and Ninja Mini, the Thermalright will work just fine too.
Hope this helps.

I have an E6750 lying around here. It has a 1333MHz FSB, so you'd have to see if your board could run that. I bought it of yamahaSHO from here I think, actually. It was overclocked to 3.2GHz @ 1.35v for its lifetime, and the IHS has been lapped. I upgraded to a quad core and that's the only reason ...
