Well, I ordered mine Tuesday, with some misgivings, but this looks like the best case out there for a quiet water-cooling solution. I especially like the small vent up top, looks perfect for providing a cool air duct to a super silencer power supply.....

silentmaxx power supply....

Ah well, I was afraid it was too good to be true. I'd pay the $299, if the power supply worked as advertised and was reliable, but being new, and with reports on this forum that their previous 350 watt fanless has had problems..... Probably shouldn't ask about their water cooled silentmaxx-FANLESS-W...

Translated review of the CM stacker

Not easy reading, but the gist of the review seems to say that the CM stacker, despite all of its inovative cooling changes, doesn't do any better than cheaper cases? This is dissapointing, as this was the case I was to use in my next quiet system. I thought that with all of the venting, all I would...

Prosilence fanless pro 420 watt PS

Anyone know if this: http://silentmaxx.net/catalog/ps_prosilence_420cpcs.php powersupply is worth the $299? I've came across several references of "fanless" power supplies that had an annoying hum, and weren't worth the trouble.... I'm checking into fanless PS's for my next system build, and so far ...

Zalman case....

Sorry about the link in my previous post, fixed it. Also, answered my own question by calling silentmaxx today, the case in the link (now fixed) is a competitor from another company, only available in Europe for the moment, but available in the USA in July. The person I talked to claimed thei...

Question about that Zalman case.....

Hello, newbie to the forum (been a geek longer than I'd like to admit, though). Getting ready to build a near-silent system, this Zalman case caught my eye, but at $1200 (cheapest I found it for), seemed a bit pricey. Then I added up what the cost of my silent system components will be, 'bout $950 f...
