new pc...need mobo, cpu, graphics..water cooling
ok, I am building a new pc.....and need to decide what mobo, cpu, grpahics card and water cooling thingy to use... I do not want to spend too much... the mobo, hd, cpu, cooler, ram would preferably cost no more then £400...$800 on the other hand, I would like good speed from my CPU...a 3000+ Athlon ...

well, the thing is, silence is very important here...any pc would be less then 1.5 m from my head when so I would want to be sure that any parts would be quiet...
